PackeTalk LLC was founded early in 2004 by an experienced management team with over 50 years combined experience in building and managing broadband IP networks. PackeTalk is deploying its own, private IP broadband network using “wireless local loop (WLL)” technology – starting in the New York Metropolitan area. Because PackeTalk manages and controls all aspects of its own network, it controls the Quality of Service for every IP packet. This makes it the ideal network for real-time and latency sensitive traffic – including voice and video, as well as superb access to the Internet. Because of the WLL technology, we can establish new broadband links (over 50Mb each) in days, and not be dependent on other providers’ or carriers’ facilities.

PackeTalk’s initial services are Internet access (including email and web hosting) and Voice over IP services, including gateway services to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN). These services are offered to both businesses and residential users. In both cases, we bundle the VoIP and Internet access services together, providing a very compelling quality and economic advantages over other providers.
